PUBLIC SECTOR & GOVERNMENT TEAMS

AI consulting for
government teams.

AI consulting for Australian government and public-sector teams. Scope document workflows, operational search and decision-support tools with evaluation and human review.

Discuss your requirements

Build around the job.

Start with the people, the task and what a useful result would let them do.

Decision-support tools

Bring relevant information into an interface that helps people assess the next action.

Public and operational data

Connect sources, document definitions and make information usable.

Bounded AI workflows

Explore a specific task with clear permissions, evaluation and human review points.

Look at the work behind the offer.

Transport for NSW delivery included pothole estimation to support local repair versus wider patch rebuild decisions. Our experience also includes the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Names identify delivery experience, not endorsement.

A SCOPE FOR YOUR TEAM

Make the next step concrete.

Illustrative work you can commission. Deliverables and responsibilities are agreed for your engagement.

A defined use case and review boundary

Map the task, permitted inputs, proposed outputs and decisions reserved for authorised staff. A document summary or prepared record needs a clear route back to its source.

An evaluation and evidence plan

Agree representative examples, missing-data cases and unacceptable outcomes. Document reviewer checks and the evidence required before the agency can accept a release.

A deployment and access proposal

Identify the approved environment, access restrictions, retention requirements and change process for the engagement. Confirm feasibility and required approvals before implementation.

A documented handover

Scope operating guidance, source definitions, support responsibilities and failure escalation. Set out what the supplier delivers and what the agency remains responsible for.

What to bring to the first conversation.

Bring the operational requirement, intended users, information classification, deployment constraints and procurement process. Identify who owns the information and who will accept the result.

Keep confidential records and personal information out of the initial enquiry.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

Can you work in our environment?

Delivery can take place inside your environment when security or regulation requires it. We assess the proposed approach against the engagement requirements.

Can you meet our procurement requirements?

Share the requirements with your enquiry. We confirm relevant capability, eligibility and available evidence before proposing a scope.

Who is the contracting entity?

INFERNO TECH PTY LTD, trading as DataXLR8. ABN 27 647 413 474. Australian-owned and based in New South Wales.

Are you on a government supplier panel?

Panel membership or eligibility is not assumed. Share the procurement route and requirements; we confirm the relevant status and available evidence before proposing an engagement.

Can you guarantee an agency will approve an AI use case?

No. The agency determines its own assessment and approval requirements. We can scope the technical work and supporting evidence against the requirements it supplies.

Can AI help with public-sector document processing?

A bounded workflow can prepare a summary or structured record from permitted documents, flag gaps and retain source context. Staff review and acceptance rules should be agreed before a consequential action is enabled.
