What will someone use it for?
Describe a real job and how the customer handles it today. A useful first release needs a specific user journey.
AI BUSINESS & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Turn an AI business idea into a scoped product, prototype and working first release. Sydney-based product design, AI integration and custom software development for Australian founders and teams.
Discuss your AI business ideaYou bring the customer problem. We help shape and build the product. Start with the person who will use it, the job they need to finish and the smallest release that lets you test the idea with them.

A prototype and a production product answer different questions. We agree the scope of each stage so you know what you are commissioning.
Shape your first releaseIdentify the user, their current process and the result your product should deliver. Agree what needs to be learned before committing to implementation.
Choose the essential user journey, inputs, AI features and integrations. Separate launch requirements from ideas for later.
Use a scoped prototype to review the experience and sample outputs. Make its limitations clear and gather feedback before widening the build.
Implement the agreed interface, AI workflow and system connections. Review working milestones and test against the acceptance criteria.
Agree hosting, account access, model usage, support, documentation and ownership. Define how feedback and changes will be handled after release.
THE QUESTIONS BEHIND THE BUILD
These decisions affect the product you need and the cost of operating it.
Describe a real job and how the customer handles it today. A useful first release needs a specific user journey.
Identify your source material, permissions and what should happen when the product cannot find a reliable answer.
Plan account ownership, usage costs, monitoring, human support and how changes will be tested.
CLEAR COMMERCIALS
Fixed-price quotes. Most projects start from AUD $5,000, and small jobs are welcome.
A delivery quote covers the agreed work. Model calls, third-party software, hosting and ongoing support should be identified separately. We discuss the expected usage and integration requirements before proposing the implementation.
We provide product design and engineering. Customer demand, pricing decisions and commercial results still need to be tested by your business.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Yes. Explain the customer, the problem and how you think AI could help. We can help turn that into a bounded discovery, prototype or implementation scope.
Yes. We can scope and build a first release around the essential user journey. The proposal should say which features, integrations and operating requirements are included and which are deferred.
Yes. We assess the existing software, integration points and the user task, then propose a defined improvement. You may need a workflow or a small feature rather than a separate application.
Source-code ownership, licences, account access and handover are agreed in the proposal. Raise any investor, hosting or procurement requirements before implementation.
Timing depends on scope, integrations, information readiness and review requirements. We agree milestones and dependencies in the delivery plan. There is no single reliable deadline for every AI product.
LOOK AT THE WORK
Our public products let you inspect the interface and its sources. Our delivery experience and owned projects are explained separately.
