These terms describe the public website operated by INFERNO TECH PTY LTD, trading as DataXLR8, ABN 27 647 413 474.
Information and enquiries
The website explains our consulting and product R&D work and provides public data exploration tools. Sending an enquiry does not establish a delivery commitment. Fees, timing, deliverables, ownership, support and acceptance criteria for paid work are agreed in a separate written engagement.
Public data tools
Read the observation date, source, method and limitations beside each project. Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or revised. Verify the original source before using a finding in a consequential decision or publication. Electricity observations are wholesale market information, not retail energy prices. Contract notices describe awards, not invitations to bid.
Rights and attribution
Third-party datasets and materials retain their own ownership and licence terms. Follow the attribution and reuse requirements linked from each project. DataXLR8’s presentation does not imply endorsement by a source agency or transfer exclusive ownership of public data. Ownership of commissioned work is addressed in the relevant engagement.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, misrepresent source data or use the services unlawfully. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive client records in an initial enquiry.
Availability and your rights
Public tools may change or be temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Specific project obligations remain governed by the agreed engagement and applicable law.
