An AI agent uses a model and connected tools to work through a defined task. It can be useful when the steps depend on the information it finds. A fixed workflow may be a better fit when the steps are already predictable. We help choose the appropriate approach.
We assess the APIs, permissions and data available in your systems. The scope defines what the agent may read, which actions it may take, and when someone must approve a result. Access to your tools is agreed before implementation.
Fixed-price quotes. Most projects start from AUD $5,000, and small jobs are welcome. We quote against a defined scope. Software subscriptions, model usage and ongoing operation are identified separately so you can understand the running costs.
Ownership, account access, documentation and handover are agreed in the proposal. Ongoing monitoring and support can be scoped separately. Tell us about any source-code, hosting or procurement requirements at the start.
