FOUNDER
Pranjal Gupta
Pranjal leads our consulting and product R&D. The work brings together business analysis, data, interfaces and engineering: understanding the job is part of building the right tool.
His background includes enterprise AI and software implementation, with experience across Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and MetLife. He brings business analysis and engineering together to connect the operational problem, the data and the people who will use the result.
Alongside client work, he leads DataXLR8’s own research and development across learning, research and compliance products. That work creates room to explore ideas, test prototypes and carry useful lessons into the next build.
He stays involved from the first brief through delivery, with a focus on clear scope, practical review points and a handover the team can use.

Nivod Menusha
Nivod works across AI engineering and product research and development at DataXLR8. His work includes development on GoComply, our compliance-focused R&D initiative.
He contributes to the practical side of research: exploring how AI fits a workflow, building prototypes and refining the implementation as the team learns what works.
Working alongside Pranjal, he helps turn early ideas into software the team can inspect, test and improve.
